Video: 'Eclipse' Soundtrack EXCLUSIVE Preview Of Muse's 'Neutron Star Collision'

Muse was on the “Twilight” soundtrack with “Supermassive Black Hole,” the “New Moon” soundtrack with “I Belong to You,” and now they’re ready to provide even more for the vampire saga on the “Eclipse” album. What do they have in mind for “Eclipse”? Just your average love song about destined lovers dying for one another: a little tune called “Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever).”

The initial reaction to our EXCLUSIVE first look at the video for “Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever)” has been positive, and if you think about it, why wouldn’t it be? The song has everything fans have come to know and love about Muse — from colossal instrumentals to their hopelessly romantic lyrics — not to mention everything that “Twilight” fans would want in a lead single to the latest film of the saga. With a chorus like “Love is forever, and we’ll die, we’ll die together,” could any song better suit Bella and Edward?

It's 'Eclipse' Fashion Week: New 'Twilight'-Inspired Nordstrom Goodies!

If you didn’t think all the recent “Eclipse” buzz was enough to curb your bloodthirsty appetite, then perhaps Hollywood Crush can help a bit. This whole week we are going to be exclusively highlighting some of the fashions to watch for at Nordstrom stores as the third “Twilight Saga” film hits theaters.
We apologize in advance to the guys out there, but these fashions will definitely hit home for the ladies!
CHECK OUT DAY ONE OF OUR EXCLUSIVE NORDSTROM REVEALS AFTER THE JUMP!

Two of my favorite vintage tees that can either be dressed up or dressed down depending on the occasion. First up is the “Necklace” racer tank in moonmist ($28) — a personal favorite of mine! This affordable tee will look great paired with skinny jeans and boots for a night out with the girls, or with some comfy leggings on a lazy Saturday when you find yourself parked in front of your TiVo.
“Twilight” fan or not, this top is funky and chic because of its muted grey color and bright splashes of red. Remember: It’s been scientifically proven that men feel a little more amorous towards a woman in red!
The “Newborns” burnout v-neck tee ($30) makes a statement on the front, which might give away your secret Stephenie Meyer obsession to the world, but a real woman shouldn’t be afraid to strut what she loves in public. In the MTV News office, I personally loved wearing the tee with my black suit jacket. A quick change into my leather jacket a 6 p.m., and I was ready to meet for drinks after a long day.
The Luna Twilight Duwop "Blush" Lip Venom ($16) has to be the best stuff to hit the make-up industry since that lip-plumping craze five years ago. This gloss is a must because it is great for moisturizing and it gives lips that all-day fresh color appearance. If you often forget to reapply after lunch like me, it’s no biggie because it stays on for hours (plenty of time for some vampire makeout sessions ... wink wink!). The formula has a venom-tinged conditioning oil combined with a pink-plumping lip stain great for a youthful and gorgeous appearance.
Nordstrom's line, which will be found will in the BP. department in stores, will be available for preorder beginning next Saturday, and in-store and online purchasing will start June 4!

Twilight Saga:'Eclipse' in L.A. Film Festival to lure a wider audience.

Next month, the Los Angeles Film Festival will likely welcome a new contingent: throngs of screaming girls.

The annual event, which announced its lineup on Tuesday, will feature the world-premiere screening of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," the long-awaited third installment in the popular vampire franchise. It's not exactly typical film festival fare, but organizers are hoping it will serve a larger purpose.

"If we program a movie like 'Twilight' that draws audiences that might not otherwise attend film festivals, hopefully we'll expose them to other cinematic experiences that we think are inspiring," said festival director Rebecca Yeldham.

Still, fans eager to see "Eclipse" before it hits theaters in July will have to pay for the privilege. Only those festivalgoers who purchase one of the festival's top-level passes — which range in cost from $500 to $1,000 — will get inside the Nokia Theatre on June 24.

In stark contrast to the new "Twilight" will be the festival's opening-night movie, the Focus Films dramedy "The Kids Are All Right," about an L.A.-based lesbian couple (played by Annette Bening and Julianne Moore) whose two teenage kids decide to track down their sperm-donor dad. The festival, which runs June 17 to June 27, will close with Universal's 3-D animated film "Despicable Me."

Similar to past years, the festival will offer a mix of both big-budget studio crowd-pleasers and smaller independent films. The Los Angeles Times-sponsored event will feature more than 200 films, music videos and shorts from 40 countries (including 28 world, North American and U.S. premieres). This year, the event will move from its old stomping grounds in Westwood to downtown L.A., where many screenings will take place at L.A. Live.

Former Newsweek film critic David Ansen joined the festival this year as its artistic director, helping to put together the program from more than 4,700 submissions. "His taste is very broad," Yeldham said. "As much as he appreciates the high art, he also is a great aficionado of popular cinema."

Accordingly, this year's festival will host a number of gala screenings, which include Sony Pictures Classics' "Animal Kingdom"; Fox Searchlight's "Cyrus," starring Jonah Hill and John C. Reilly; "Mahler on the Couch"; and "Revolución," a series of short films by the likes of Gael García Bernal and Rodrigo García.

Last year, the festival hosted only 12 premieres, a number that has now more than doubled. "I think perhaps people are beginning to realize that the L.A. Film Festival is a great place to launch their films," Ansen said.

The change in venue is also meant to broaden local filmgoers' horizons.

"The vibe is going to change because there's a very different spirit and energy around downtown," he said. "There was certainly some grumbling on the blogs about parking and traffic — Westsiders do have a funny provincialism about downtown. But there's such an artists community and all these great new restaurants that I think it's going to feel more like an event. Hopefully, we're going to reach some new audiences."

The documentaries in competition will likely appeal to a broad audience as they cover a wide range of subject matter, including a film about a family that owns a traveling circus ("Circo"), one about the first round-the-world Zeppelin flight ("Farewell") and another detailing the journey of six aspiring magicians competing in Las Vegas' World Magic Seminar ("Make Believe").

Budding filmmakers will also compete in the narrative competition, which will feature much international fare, including "Dog Sweat" by Iranian filmmaker Hossein Keshavarz, "A Family" by Denmark's Pernille Fischer Christensen, and the Japanese film "Parade" by Isao Yukisada.

Also giving the festival an international flavor will be the sophomore installment of selections from the Ambulante Film Festival, a traveling event that promotes documentary filmmaking in Mexico.

In addition, the festival will introduce L.A. audiences to films that have already found fans on the festival circuit, including such Sundance standouts as Lisa Cholodenko's "The Kids Are All Right," "Cane Toads: The Conquest" and Davis Guggenheim's "Waiting for Superman."

'Victoria' of Twilight Saga:Eclipse is Most Anticipated Summer Villain

Vampire Villain Victoria of Eclipse played by Bryce Dallas Howard topped the Fandango Movies Most Anticipated Summer Hero and Villain Poll.

On the villain side of things…I mean, c'mon – is there anyone we despise more than Bryce Dallas Howard's Victoria in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse? This is Howard's first go at the role (the character was previously played by Rachelle Lefevre in both New Moon and Twilight), and so fans will need to warm up (or down) to her. That said, even with Howard taking over the role for the first time, fans are still more than pumped to see her run all sorts of naughty deeds with the character. Iron Man 2's villains (Sam Rockwell and Mickey Rourke) took the number 2 and 3 spots on the list, while Val Kilmer (MacGruber) and Eric Roberts (The Expendables) rounded out the top five. (And can I just say how cool it is to have a poll that features Mickey Rourke, Val Kilmer and Eric Roberts on it! Right on – rock on old school!)

Most Anticipated Summer Movie Villain:

Bryce Dallas Howard (The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) 31%

Mickey Rourke (Iron Man 2) 29%

Sam Rockwell (Iron Man 2) 11%

Val Kilmer (MacGruber) 8%

Eric Roberts (The Expendables) 6%

Steve Carell (Despicable Me) 5%

Mark Strong (Robin Hood) 4%

'Twilight Saga: Eclipse': Spoilers from BooBoo Stewart Interview(Video)

BooBoo Stewart plays werewolf Seth Clearwater in the upcoming third Twilight film, Eclipse, and recently shared some spoilers about the anticipated film, set for release on June 30.

The film also sees the return of the love triangle made up of Robert Pattinson as the vampire Edward, Kristen Stewart as his mortal love Bella and Taylor Lautner as the werewolf Jacob. Find out what happens in Eclipse and also watch a recent new trailer for the film!

BooBoo, 16, said that in Eclipse, Clearwater "helps defeat Riley, which is really the strong newborn vampire ... and the big battle in the end, which is awesome - I get to rip someone's arm off."

Eclipse, BooBoo said, will also probably appeal to more than just the vampire franchise's predominantly female fanbase.
